We want to make sure we have the right people in the right seats.
We use tools like Culture Index and The Enneagram to help us to better understand your personality, approach to work, and strengths so we can ensure the people we hire are a good match for our culture and for that specific role.
Please take both of these online tests and send us an email telling us you've completed them. In this email, please include your Enneagream test results (ex: 8 wing 7). You will not receive a result for the Culture Index test .
Each test will only take around 10 minutes. There are no right or wrong answers - we just want honesty!
